Soul Presa is one of Rose's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter V.

Description
Executed by pressing forward and Medium Kick, Rose performs a short hop toward her opponent and delivers a roundhouse kick with her back leg.
Tactics
This move serves as a decent, mid-range poke. It has a longer reach, compared to Rose's Standing Medium Kick. Because of the added range, she can use Soul Presa to keep her opponent at a distance. It is also +4 on Counter Hit. While somewhat risky, a meaty Soul Presa on hit allows Rose to follow up with one of her cancellable Light normals for a decent combo.
However, it is -6 on block, making it a less safer poker. Rose may be vulnerable to a damaging combo if this move is blocked at point-blank range. If this attack is blocked at max range, it may be difficult for her opponent to punish since most 6-frame normals and special moves are just out of the reach of Rose. Additionally, Rose can follow up a perfectly spaced Soul Presa with Standing Heavy Punch to fish for a Counter Hit combo opportunity. If Rose has her second V-Skill active, she can potentially keep them on their heels as they are forced to respect the circling orb, even if on a blocked Soul Presa.
When Rose's second V-Trigger is active, Soul Presa becomes more of a threat from up close. At point-blank range, it becomes +9 on block; potentially putting them in a mix-up situation where Rose can follow up with another normal or break their defenses with a throw. On hit, Rose is +17, allowing her to follow up with a Heavy normal, Soul Piede, or her target combo for some exciting, yet damaging combos.
