Stardust Drop is Vega's air throw introduced in Street Fighter Alpha 3. It returned in Street Fighter IV as his air throw once more.

Description

Executed by pressing forward or back and two punches while close to the opponent in the air, Vega grabs the opponent by the neck and throws then downward onto their back.
