Steven Jay "Steve" Blum (sometimes credited as David Lucas, Richard Cardona, Roger Canfield, Tom Baron and Daniel Andrews) (Born on April 28, 1960 in Santa Monica, California, USA) is an American voice actor and also anime writer. Known for his distinctively deep voice, his roles include Spike Spiegel from the anime series Cowboy Bebop and the 2001 animated movie based on it and Wolverine in Marvel's Wolverine and the X-Men, Hulk Vs., Marvel's Super Hero Squad, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Ultimate Spider-Man, Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., Marvel X-Men, Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum Overload, the 2013 Deadpool video game and Marvel Rivals. He did the voice of Vilgax, Heatblast, and Ghostfreak/Zs'Skayr in Ben 10, Jamie in Megas XLR, Dark Scream, W.A.R.S. and Fortress Maximus in Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2001)/Car Robots, also Starscream in Transformers: Prime, Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising, Robots in Disguise (2015) and EarthSpark, The Green Goblin and The Chameleon in The Spectacular Spider-Man and also both Heat Wave and Captain Cold in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. He did Orochimaru, Zabuza Momochi and other characters in the anime, Naurto and its sequel series, Mugen in Samurai Champloo and Drago Wing in DinoZaurs. Blum also did the voice of one of Wilhelmina's two flying monkey minions, Frank in Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz and the mutated muscle car, Speed Demon and its human driver/host in the 2012 CGI version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He did the voice of Taz in the direct-to-video Looney Tunes movie, Taz: Quest for Burger, Solomon Grundy in Catwoman: Hunted and Count Dracula in an episode of The Tom and Jerry Show (2014). Blum was on the American dub of Digimon: Digital Monsters (Adventure 02, Tamers, Frontiers and Data Squad) as the voice of a few Digimon and human characters in the anime and also wrote a few episodes for Tamers and Frontiers as well.

Blum did voice game voices like Vincent Valentine in the Final Fantasy series, Ares in the first two God of Wars games and Jack Canyon the main protagonist in MadWorld and Anarchy Reigns. He also did the voice of Krang in the 2016 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, Mutants in Manhattan. Also did Captain Devin Ross in the horror first-person shooter video game, Clive Barker's Jericho. and Grayson Hunt the main antagonist in Bulletstorm and Walter Dahl in Prey. He did the voice of Mortal Kombat fighter, Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat X, 11, Injustice 2 and the animated direct-to-video film, Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge, he also did another Mortal Kombat character, Baraka in MK11, MK Mobile and Mortal Kombat 1. He received a Guinness World Record on June 5, 2012 for having the most video game voice acting credits.

Steve Blum is also best known for the voice of Toonami robotic host, TOM (Toonami Operations Module) since Fall 2000 for more than two decades, which it was one of his best known voice roles. He called Peter Cullen who was the announcer for Toonami from 1999 to 2008, "The Big Guy".

He voices some Street Fighter characters, voicing T. Hawk in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, Dhalsim in the Animaze dub of Street Fighter II V and Ken Masters in Street Fighter Alpha: The Animation.
