Street Fighter was an action figure line from SOTA Toys that began in 2004 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Street Fighter series. Featuring stylized designs inspired by the Street Fighter comic books from UDON, each figure came packaged with a number of accessories and featured detailed sculpts and articulation akin to the Marvel Legends series from ToyBiz (and later Hasbro). In addition to the standard releases, repainted variants of the characters in alternate "player 2" colors were also released. The line originally ran for four waves before undergoing a hiatus, eventually returning as Street Fighter Beta in 2007 and releasing one final wave in 2008 under the new branding of Street Fighter Revolution. Despite SOTA's stated goal of producing figures for every single playable character from the Street Fighter games, the series ultimately ended before they could achieve that goal, and SOTA itself ultimately became defunct several years later.
