The Sun Lower (サンローワー, San Roowaa) is one of Ingrid's special attacks in Capcom Fighting Evolution and Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX.

Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing kick, it is essentially a crouching version of the Sun Upper. It acts as a great defense against low and sweep attacks. Even though Ingrid's ground style isn't used much often, the same negative properties still apply as with the Sun Upper.
