Description[]
- "Grab the opponent, disrupt their balance, then flip up before coming down with both feet to stomp them into the ground. Throws your opponent while switching places with them."
- —Street Fighter 6
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) while holding back on the control stick near an opponent. After sweeping his front leg across his opponent's front leg, Rashid performs a flip kick, hitting the opponent's chest while vaulting into the air. He then drives both his feet on top of their face, crashing the opponent on their back before hopping onto the opposite side.
Tactics[]
This move can be used to reset the neutral game and create separation from the opponent. It is also effective in putting the opponent back in the corner. Despite the distance, Rashid can perform a Drive Rush and go for a second throw. If he has 2-bars of Super Gauge, then Rashid can perform his Level 2 Super Art to apply further pressure on his opponent and put them in a potential mix-up situation.
Trivia[]
- This attack's name is a direct contrast to his previous throw's name, the Rising Sun.
