appearances are rather similar, trademark move is the same (rapid-fire "bladed" punches), and, if classic american pro wrestling is to be believed, the majority of pro wrestlers w/a "foreigner" gimmick are usually american in real life. also, capcom has been known to include characters from other series in street fighters, so it's not a completely out-there suggestion. --173.103.148.70 06:01, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

Alex "Prothoro"?

Someone's gotta help me... is Alex's surname really "Prothoro"? Some anonymous contributor edited the page on him saying that. I'm just wondering whether that's true or not, and whether or not it should be removed immediately. I love that badaman Alex and I don't wanna see anyone disrespect him in any way.

That's a pretty good shot of the Alex cameo in SFxT. You can clearly see the words "I will be back" on it. So... what does the future hold for Alex? Alex's new English Voice in SFV

Now that Alex is going to be available to play as him this coming March. The biggest question is, who's gonna voice him in SFV? Since two of his previous voice actors voices him in the Street Fighter III series until Capcom Fighting Evolution.

His Japanese voice from Tatsunoko Vs Capcom: Ultimate All Stars is now the current Japanese voice actor for Guile.

Well his voice in SFV looks better than Patrick Galligan's. I think he's not been voiced by Andrew Jackson on his bio data in wikipedia but his full name is posted in the SF list of characters but he sounded like Troy Baker in his Critical Art. BlazeSeed366 (talk) 06:08, March 29, 2016 (UTC)

Trivia

The Alex and Lars comparisons are kinda weak.  How does Alex have a military theme?  Because of his green pants and boots?  I've never seen a military uniform with overalls before.  Where did you get that info from anyways?  Stitchking1 (talk) 11:03, March 31, 2016 (UTC)

Looking at it, they hardly have anything in common. I don't know where the military theme comes from, I can only think of his mentor Tom who has a military background. You could ask the user who originally added the trivia note in 2015.--155.4.128.92 11:40, March 31, 2016 (UTC)
