(Apologies in advance for the wall of text, but I do believe it's justified.)

After adding the information about the playable version of Shin Akuma on SNES, I checked the version history of the article and found that this was actually added months ago by an user from IP 191.183.100.237 (apparently a Brazilian IP address, naturally leading me to believe that whoever made this edit is not a native English speaker, which would explain all the grammatical errors). The reason I'm opening this talk page is because this user got banned for, and I quote, "Inserting nonsense/gibberish into pages" (referring, presumably, to the aforementioned information about unlocking Shin Akuma as a playable character in the SNES port of SFA2).

While I have absolutely zero relation to whoever's behind that IP address, I do believe that the only difference between what I and they did was that I cited sources and provided video proof of the stated facts without adding personal commentary or subjective statements, while they just transcribed the cheat information and added a lot of poetic-waxing natter to the entry. Because of this, I believe the aforementioned user/IP deserves to be unblocked, since after all, the info they provided legitimately wasn't nonsense, they just didn't provide it in an acceptable matter. And while ignorance doesn't justify rule-breaking, I'm inclined to think it was merely an enthusiastic fan trying their best to share a rather extremely groundbreaking discovery with the community.
