In which episodes can I find this black train in the opening?[]

A theory about why it's so loosely based on the game[]
Since the game shows a plane flying to each place where each Street Fighter you have to fight is, the 2 first episodes had Ryu and Ken meet Guile, and decide to travel around the world by plane to meet other Street Fighters, and the episode title screen is the world, I believe the show was actually planned to have Ryu and Ken travel all around the world meeting every Street Fighters just like in the game, including Blanka in Brazil, T.Hawk in Mexico, Dee Jay in Jamaica, Honda in Japan, and also Zangief in Russia, Cammy in England, and Balrog in Las Vegas or probably in New York since it's featured in the ending and in the Soundtrack where Balrog is shown as a fighter instead of an Interpol agent (also in the second opening).
After going to China where they met Chun-li and Fei Long, Sagat in Thailand and Dalshim in India, they were probably going to keep traveling meeting the other fighters I listed, but then they go to Spain where the rest of the show takes place and other Street Fighters gather in there (Cammy, Zangief, Balrog, Vega, Bison).
Maybe it's because the show was actually failing from the beginning, so there were some changes of plans. That could explain why Balrog, Cammy and Zangief differ from the game as they were given different backgrounds to have them involved and there was no way to have Blanka, T.Hawk, Dee Jay and Honda involved.
