Food Marketing CampaignEdit

Didn't know where to put this so I'll put it here. In Japan, Street Fighter IV had a funky marketing gig with two food corporations, Hong Hu Jiaoji Fang and Kiwa Corporation. Select restaurants sold character themed dishes for Ryu, Ken, E.Honda, Cammy, Rose, and El Fuerte (probably a few more too). Dinners got a card made for the game when they ordered and there were even special character illustrations made posing with their dishes. Anyways here's the article about it. I think it's neat. Oh, here's the other dishes/characters from Famitsu. Sake neko 08:02, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

MoneyEdit

What a wast of money

Will there be more characters for DLC? --Street fighter ever4 01:00, September 26, 2009 (UTC)

Why?Edit

Why did you delete the Quotes/Phrases section? I was looking for it on the whole net and something like that was nowhere to be found and I'm not the only one looking for the phrases. I sat a whole day on SFIV listening to the things they say and writing them down. Why would you do such a thing and delete it?

Relax, guy! At the end of the article you'll notice I added a "Character Quotes" link in the "See Also" section. The SF4 article was way too long so I took your quotes and gave them their own page! They're safe and sound.--Evilsbane 18:48, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

Number schemeEdit

I was under the impression that numbering in the main series represents chronological order. "Alpha" meant 3 games that happened between 1 and 2. Alpha is better than Zero in this respect since 0 would imply happening prior to 1.

Why is this 4 if it happens between 2 and 3? Following convention, shouldn't this be called Beta instead? Or 2.5? 4 really doesn't make any sense here. 4 should be a sequel to what occurs in 3. Ty 12:09, December 26, 2010 (UTC)

Because Beta wouldn't sound cool enough. Plus, it wouldn't make sense in Japan since Japan never had an Alpha.--Evilsbane 12:53, December 26, 2010 (UTC)

Superjumps Edit

On the page is says "Crimson Viper is the only character who can perform a high jump." is that true? I have Arcade edition, but in that I know Ibuki has a superjump that makes her yell and go slightly higher, or does that not count? 97.88.6.210 22:28, June 19, 2014 (UTC)Myokymia

You're right, they can both High Jump. Thanks for spotting this. But also keep in mind this is before Ibuki was added in Super Street Fighter IV. General Awesomo (talk) 02:36, June 20, 2014 (UTC)
