Is there an official source on him actually founding the Striders? Because I feel that's kind of suspect for multiple reasons. First of all, there's rights issues with the original author who created the manga, and in the Strider canon, the founder of the Striders is a guy named Kuramoto.

I don't think we should be putting Strider into the "shared universe" on the wiki unless there's definitive proof of it being linked aside from references. BubbleRevolution (talk) 02:27, October 25, 2017 (UTC)

Strider Zeku[edit source]

The WSO stream before Zeku was released labeled him as "the First Strider". So it's pretty much confirmed. And it isn't the first time they're doing that - it was done before with Captain Commando, who has the refined version of Viper's gear. All these references aren't for no reason, it's character development.—Preceding unsigned comment added by BrainSWord74 (talkcontribs)

And as for Kuramoto, yes, he's the founder of Striders, but it could turn out he was trained and inspired by Zeku, or it could even be the same person, considering Zeku managed to learn a new fighting style that emulates swordplay in SFV. He could've evolved it into using actual weapons after decades as he's trying "to contribute to the modern world" (he has a sword in his Battle Costume, btw).
