Description
Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing punch, Seth brings his hands together in front of his abdomen and and generates a miniature black hole which sucks the opponent towards him. Its effective range (how close the opponent needs to be for the "gravity" to affect them) depends on the punch button used.
The EX Special version requires two segments of the Super Combo Gauge instead of the usual one, a distinction shared with Vega's Remove Claw/Mask.
Tactics
The attack itself does no damage, but is intended to throw the opponent off balance, creating an opening to initiate a damaging attack or combo.
