"Remain in place and put your whole body into a single spinning kick. It executes quickly, making it useful in combos and as a counterattack."
Street Fighter 6

Executed by performing two quarter-circle forward motions and pressing kick, Dee Jay takes a stance, then does a powerful Quick Rolling Sobat where he stands, blasting his opponent back. Upon completing the move, Dee Jay sways from side-to-side momentarily before dropping back in his stance.

Tactics

In contrast to a majority of Level 1 Super Arts, The Greatest Sobat is not invincible to strikes on startup, making it a poor reversal. However, it makes up for its vulnerability by being both safer on block than most Super Arts, with high pushback and considerable range preventing most options from punishing it, and crumpling on either Counter Hit or Punish Counter for further combos. Dee Jay is very briefly immune to low attacks and has a disjointed hitbox on most of his leg, making it possible to beat out or trade with other attacks.

Like most Super Arts, this move can be used to end combos. Being a Level 1 Super Art, Dee Jay can cancel The Greatest Sobat from his normals or link from an OD Jus Cool. His standing medium kick links into The Greatest Sobat on Counter Hit, while being difficult to punish on block.
