The Third Eye is Kolin's V-Reversal, introduced in Street Fighter V.

Description
Executed by pressing forward and all three kicks after blocking an attack, Kolin ducks underneath her opponent and slides toward the other side.
Tactics
Like most V-Reversals, the purpose is to stop opponent's pressure or to get out of tough situations. Kolin's Third Eye is a solid escape option. While it does not inflict gray life like other V-Reversals, it is a great way for Kolin to get out of the corner, switiching sides with her opponent so that they are in the corner instead.
Trivia
This V-Reversal is similar to Abel's pre-2013 update Cross Cancel, which was Marseilles Roll. The timing and activation condition is similar too.
