The Tornado Throw (トルネードスルー Toruneedo Suruu?) is one of Abel's special attacks, introduced along with him in Street Fighter IV.

Abel uses his Tornado Throw against Guile.
Executed by performing a half-circle backward motion and pressing punch, Abel attempts to grab the opponent; if successful, he holds his opponent through the collar, spins them around above his head like a lasso and then slams them into the ground for a large amount of damage.
The EX Special version, strangely, has lower priority than the normal version, but its invulnerable to normal attacks, while the regular Tornado Throw is invulnerable to throws.
