The Torrent of Power (力の奔流 Chikara no Honryuu?) is Necalli's V-Trigger in Street Fighter V.[1]
Description
When activated, the character uses a mysterious energy to transform his personality and gameplay. During V-Trigger, all of Necalli's attacks become more powerful, with no time limit, but he is unable to use his V-Reversal.[2] Necalli also gains access to new combos, new frame data, and a new Critical Art.
