Tyrant Slaughter (タイラントパニッシュ,) is Urien's first Super Art in the Street Fighter III series.
Description
Executed by performing two quarter-circle forward motions and pressing punch, the attack is a string of Chariot Tackle attacks followed by a running clothesline. The attack is estimated [1] to inflict roughly 20%-30% damage on the opponent when it fully connects. It combos well and can be used for juggles.
