The Ultimate Killer Head Ram (スーパー鬼無双 Sūpā Oni Musō?, "Super Ogre Unmatched") is E. Honda's first Ultra Combo in Super Street Fighter IV. It is a more powerful version of the Super Killer Head Ram, and may be based on the Level 3 variant from the Street Fighter Alpha series. It later appears as Honda's Level 2 Super Art in Street Fighter 6.

E. Honda rams at Cammy with a Spinning Sumo Headbutt.

Executed by charging backward then pressing forward, backward, forward and all three punch buttons, Honda will slap his head with both hands and crouch down, then launch himself into a Sumo Headbutt. If it connects, it will push the opponent all the way to the edge of the stage. Once the opponent is pinned against the wall, Honda will use his Hundred Hand Slap against the helpless opponent and finish off with a particularly strong slap which causes the opponent to slump to the ground. The attack hits 8 times in total.
In Street Fighter 6, Honda launches a Sumo Headbutt, strikes the opponent with a Hundred Hand Slap, and then reels back for a spinning Sumo Headbutt. The attack no longer drags the opponent to the end of the screen.
