Ultra Heavy Elbow is one of Hugo's unique attacks, exclusive to Ultra Street Fighter IV's OMEGA Mode.
Description
Executed by holding down heavy punch, Hugo strikes the opponent with a powerful elbow, putting them into a crumple state. This is different from his normal heavy punch as it creates a shock wave on impact.
