Welcome Edit

Hi, I'm an admin for the Street Fighter Wiki community. Welcome and thank you for your edit to User:Cheeseskates!

If you speak or prefer the wiki to be in another language, here are the available languages. If English is your preference, then we recommend checking out the general rules and editing guidelines so a conflict of interest does not occur between your peer editors as you contribute to the wiki.

For an idea of where to begin contributing, Project:Community Portal should give you an idea of what pages require attention. If you want to contribute in some other way, present criticism, or have an idea for the editing guidelines, contact an administrator so they may consider and pass on the idea.

For general assistance or questions on FANDOM not exclusive to this wiki, view the various help pages on whatever problem you may have. If the help pages do not answer your question, you could also stop by Community Central to explore the forums and blogs for an answer.

That is all you are required to know. Enjoy your time on the Street Fighter Wiki!

The comedy of my errors Edit

Huh, really? Well I didn't know that your profile page had a use as I thought it was just spam, given recent spam edits. So, my apologies.

I hope my mistakes does not prevent you from enyoying your time as an editor on this wiki.

Reference: Understandable. To compensate myself, I'll attempt to construct a new welcome message that should note important stuff exclusive to this wiki. I cannot do any artistic design for it because I am a perfectionist and won't be able to reach that level right now. The new welcome message will be on my talkpage replacing the preset welcome message, so if you or an admin are interested in applying it to MediaWiki:Welcome-message-user, that would be fine.
Besides that, the talkpage edit was me putting down a "global template" displaying my general userpage that is also on my actual user page, which is simply a portal to places like my JavaScript and CSS page among other things. I found that portal to be more useful than a preset welcome message, hence why it replaced the latter.
As for being an editor here, the reason I put a user page here is that I am currently going around wiki-to-wiki so the "last edited" part of my user masthead shows a date I can call "veteran". It's self-fulfilling, basically, in case I actually become interested in a wiki I am not actually interested in right now.
Thanks for understanding. Hope this clarifies things!
