Utsusemi (空蝉, "Emptiness Cicada") is one of Guy's special attacks, exclusive to the OMEGA Mode of Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Description[]
Executed by performing a Shoryuken motion (forward, down, down-forward) and pressing kick, Guy enters a counter stance. If he takes damage during this stance, Guy teleports behind the opponent while taking Provisional Damage. The EX Special version teleports instantly.
Tactics[]
It has armor on startup. This allows Guy to absorb one hit before teleporting to the other side of the opponent. This is good for setting up combo opportunities and can be used in place of the Focus Attack.
