Description

Executed by performing a quarter-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Necalli lifts his leg up and then brings it forcefully down in a stomping motion.
Tactics
This move is a great combo ender for Necalli. It has a limited reach, but the hitbox during the stomp makes it useful for evading and punishing attempted jabs and shorts. Therefore, the Valiant Rebellion mainly used for frame trapping the opponent. Additionally, this attack has a projectile hitbox on the front stomping leg. Necalli can use this move to nullify single hit projectiles on contacts, as well as build up Critical Art meter at the same time.
The strength of the kick button gives this move different properties. The Light version has the fastest startup, making it the perfect tool in blockstrings. It is also the easiest way for Necalli to hit-confirm into his Critical Art. However, it does minimal damage and is the least safest on block.
The Medium version has a slower startup, compared to the Light version. It also inflicts the same amount of damage. However, it can be cancelled and/or linked into Necalli's normal attacks, making it the best option for long combos. In addition, this move is -2 on block, making it somewhat safe.
The Heavy version has the longest startup, making Necalli vulnerable for several moments prior to activating the move. However, it does more damage than both the Light and Medium version. It also gains the ability to launch opponents, putting them in a juggle state to extend combos. The Heavy version is also 0 on block, making it effective to maintaining pressure.
The EX version has Necalli add another stomp after the first one. While not as safe as the Heavy version, this move does the most damage. It also has the best corner carry out of the other versions. Knowing which version to use and when to use it makes this move a terrifying, yet dangerous weapon for Necalli.

Etymology
The name of this move is an obscure reference to Aztec mythology. Huitzilopochtli, the Aztec Sun god is said to be locked in an eternal battle with his siblings to protect their mother. His siblings are described as 'rebellious'.[1] This move is Huitzilopochtli/Necalli proverbially crushing the said rebellion by brutally stomping upon it.
