Victory Column is one of Hugo's special attacks, introduced in OMEGA Mode in Ultra Street Fighter IV.
Description[]
Executed by performing a Shoryuken motion and pressing punch, Hugo pumps his arm up in the air, uppercutting the opponent.
Tactics[]
Victory Column can be FADC'd into Hugo's Ultra II or his Shootdown Backbreaker special attack. The EX version, while it does not break armor, can hit through focus attacks. It can also be used an an anti-air and is super cancelable.
