Executed by pressing down and Heavy Punch and Heavy Kick simultaneously, Dudley turns and tosses a rose at the opponent.
Tactics[]
This move is essentially one of Dudley's taunts. The rose has a hitbox and is treated like a projectile, although it inflicts 1HP of damage. However, Victory Rose can be used during the opponent's wake-up. After scoring a knockdown on the opponent, Dudley can toss the rose at the opponent and approach them at the same time. This forces a high-low mix-up, thus keeping the opponent on their heels.
