Viscera Piercer (六腑穿ち Roppu Ugachi?, Six-Organs Piercer) is one of Akuma's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter 6.

Description[]
Executed by pressing two consecutive Medium Punches, Akuma delivers a body blow to the opponent's midsection. If the first attack connects, Akuma then finishes the combo with a knife hand strike.
Tactics[]
This move is one of Akuma's target combos in Street Fighter 6. The first attack has a 6-frame startup, but only hits at short range. It does leave Akuma safe on block, making it a viable pressure tool. If he does hit the opponent with the first Standing Medium Punch, he can link into the second Standing Medium Punch to complete the target combo. Akuma can cancel Viscera Piercer into his special moves such as Gou Hadoken, Gou Shoryuken or his Super Art. Like most target combos, this one is also unsafe on block.
