Description[]
- "Latch onto your opponent, bite them a few times, and kick off of them. Throws your opponent without switching places with them."
- —Street Fighter 6
Executed by pressing Light Punch and Light Kick, (the throw command) near an opponent. Blanka first pounces on his standing opponent, grasping their shoulders with both paws and placing his feet on top of their thighs. With a firm grip on his opponent, he bites into his opponent's neck four times; twice on the left side and twice on the right. Finally, Blanka back flips off of his opponent, kicking them in the chin with both feet. As he smoothly lands on his feet, his opponent crashes back-first to the ground.
Tactics[]
Blanka's excels at harassing his opponent by attacking at unconventional angles using an arsenal of mix-ups. Wild Fang is a great way to keep his opponent on their heels. While this throw inflicts less stun than his back throw, it leaves him positioned closer to his opponent. After the throw, Blanka can fish for Crush Counter Hit with Crouching Heavy Punch to beat out most of his opponent's normals from a distance, including 3-frame moves. In the corner, Blanka can do a micro-walk forward and attempt to score a Crush Counter hit for optimal damage.
