Executed with a Shoryuken motion and kick, Rook would rise up while kicking upward with his leg, during the kick, as seen in gameplay footage, Rook would have blue chi coming from his foot, and it could be used as an anti-air attack. It visually bared resemblance to Cammy's Cannon Spike.
