Wong-Mei (王明?) is a minor character who appeared originally in Street Fighter II manga.

He lives along with his sister Po-Lin in the Pekin Restaurant, on the Chinatown of the artificial island Shad. He is very young, but cooks so well that he has kept the business going since their parents demise. His sister Po-Lin bears the responsibility of caring for him. Wong-Mei adopted Ryu as his honorific brother since he saved their restaurant from the Balrog's gangsters, who tried to appropriate it. Despite his young age, he is very mature.
