The Worldwide Young Ladies Club (世界お嬢様倶楽部?) is a group comprised of young ladies that come from wealth and affluence.
Background
The concept of the Young Ladies Club came from Blair Dame's Street Fighter EX bio, linking her and character Pullum Purna. As of Street Fighter V the club became canon as both women are tentatively connected to the main Street Fighter canon and Julia of the Judgement Girls from Street Fighter III was also a named member.
