"Worth Saving" is the sixth chapter of Act Three in A Shadow Falls.

Back at the Brazilian plaza, a brainwashed Decapre hobbles down the steps and toward the group of fighters on the street. Chun-Li recognizes the woman as one of M. Bison's bodyguards. Chun-Li also notices that there's something off about her, which she turns to Cammy for her input. Cammy gazes long and hard at the broken Doll, trying to figure out what may be the cause of her immense pain. Mental images of a Decapre infused with Psycho Power and suffering tremendously with one of the Black Moons nearby appear before Cammy's eyes.
Suddenly, the curiosity from Laura's voice snaps Cammy back to reality. The Brazilian martial artists wonders if this new opponent is an enemy and volunteers to fight her. However, as she gets in her stance, Cammy steps in front of Laura and extends her arm out to prevent her from advancing. Instead, Cammy drops in her stance and volunteers to battle Decapre to be certain whether or not she is an enemy. The Psycho Power from Decapre radiates strongly all over her body. Despite the pain in her aching head, she glowers at Killer Bee; ready to finally put an end to her life. Determined to save her "sister", Cammy prepares to face Decapre.

Decapre is a lethal fighter who still holds a strong grudge against Killer Bee. While Cammy struggles at first, Decapre's physiological breakdown puts the Doll in an unstable and frail state; allowing the Delta Red soldier is able to subdue her.

Unable to continue the fight in her fragile, weakened state, Decapre passes out. Fortunately, Cammy is there to break Decapre's fall. As Cammy gently sets the Doll down on the street, a couple of policemen arrive at the scene; thanks to Sean. The officers declare that the Doll is an agent working for Shadaloo and that they have the authority to detain her. Trying to deescalate the situation, Ken steps forward with his hands out to tell the officers that Decapre has already been subdued. Chun-Li, who also has experience in law enforcement, suggests to Cammy that it's best to let the local authorities take over.
However, Cammy doesn't appear to be listening to her friends. Instead, her attention is entirely focused on Decapre and their shared connection with each other. When gazing at the Doll, Cammy still recalls an image of a young Decapre reassuring her that she will be there for her. Another image of the Black Moons also appears. Cammy snaps out of her daze upon hearing a barely conscious Decapre moaning and repeating the words of reassurance she told her long ago. Unfortunately, the police officers are growing impatient and demands Cammy to relinquish the Doll to them.
Realizing that she is the only one that can save Decapre, Cammy finally makes her decision by going against the demands of the local authorities. She retaliates by extending her leg out toward the approaching officer, kicking him back. This causes the second policeman to fire his weapon at the Delta Red soldier for resisting law enforcement, despite Ken's warning. Thankfully, Cammy has the speed and the awareness to scoop Decapre in her arms and leap out of the line of fire. A stunned Chun-Li and Laura watch as Cammy sets the Doll on the ground. The officer has his firearm still pointed at Cammy. However, she has made her decision. She stands up, gets in her stance, and glares at the policeman, determined to protect her "sister".

While the police are trained in weapons and basic combat, Cammy has spec ops training from both Shadaloo and Delta Red, putting her several levels above the officer ruffian. With her training and determination to save Decapre, Cammy easily defeats the officer.

Cammy delivers a side kick to her opponent to knock him unconscious and out of the fight. Cammy drops her guard after taking out the officer, even though another policeman remains; pointing his weapon at the Delta Red officer. Before the policeman can fire at Cammy, a green ATV zooms out from the sky and lands on top of the officer, knocking him out. Juri, the rider of the vehicle, releases a shrill laugh as she brings the ATV to a halt in front of the Cammy and the other fighters, who are confused about why she is here.
Juri offers Cammy a ride to escape in exchange for the unconscious Doll. To Cammy's shock, Juri kicks Decapre's mask off so that the others can see the huge scar on the left side of the Doll's face. The current circumstance makes Juri chuckle, amused how the bond between the former and current agents of Shadaloo has made them both fugitives. Cammy first looks toward Chun-Li and the other fighters, remembering that they are still on a mission to stop Shadaloo. However, when Cammy gazes down at Decapre, she knows that she is the only one who can protect her "sister". Making her decision, Cammy scoops Decapre under her arms and hops aboard the ATV; while Chun-Li looks on knowing that she cannot stop her. Juri chuckles as she speeds off down the street with Cammy and Decapre on board before Chun-Li and the others can stop her.
Ken and Chun-Li try to go after them, but Laura says that it's useless to follow them on foot since the road from their current location is a straight line. To make things worse, there are still some a few Shadaloo soldiers in the area, much to Ken's annoyance. Chun-Li, on the other hand, tells Ken that she needs to head to the Shadaloo base; asking him to hold off the soldiers. He agrees and easily knocks all of the bodyguards with a Shinryuken as Chun-Li makes her exit.
Above one of the roofs of a nearby house, one of M. Bison's generals observes the scene with a rose in hand. Particularly, he is intrigued with a former Doll, comparing her beauty like a flower flutily struggling in the wind. Vega then declares how he wants to cut down the flower with his own hand. He then places his hand over the rose and, with sleight of hand, scatters the petals into the wind in symbol of his own desires.

- This chapter is the continuation of Brazilian Heat.
- These are two of five fights Cammy is part of. The player controls her in three fight; all against NPC characters.
- The player also battles against Cammy twice; both times vs. Vega.
- The mental images of a young Decapre is a reference to Decapre's prologue in Ultra Street Fighter IV showing a glimpse of Cammy's past prior to them being brainwashed and trained under Shadaloo.
Scene 1
[Back in Brazil, a seriously pained Decapre is hobbling downstairs towards the group of fighters gathered there, clutching her head as Psycho Power continues leaking from her.]
Ken: Isn't that woman...?
Chun-Li: One of Bison's bodyguards. But something's wrong with her. [She turns toward Cammy for her input.] Cammy, any idea?
[Cammy stares at her clone, trying to figure out the problem. She has mental images of Decapre in immense pain, as one of the Black Moons hovers ominously over her, draining her from her power. She is suddenly snapped out of this when Laura pipes up and steps forward to take on the Doll.]
Laura: Well, isn't she an enemy? Then let me take care of her...
[Cammy runs in front of Laura and puts an arm out before she can do anything.]
Cammy: No, don't! I'll fight her to be certain!
[Cammy drops in her stance, ready to take on the brainwashed Doll. Despite the pain she is in, Decapre glowers at Killer Bee. Refusing to back down, Cammy knows what she must do to stop her.]

Scene 2
[After a little while, Decapre faints. Cammy catches her and sets her down gently. Suddenly, a couple of police officers arrive in Sean's company, pointing their guns toward Decapre.]
Peter: Nobody move!
Sean: Laura! I brought some backup!
Peter: She's the agent working for Shadaloo! [Cammy averts her gaze from the police to Decapre] We have the authority to arrest her!
[Cammy does not respond to the police's demands. She feels herself responsible for the Dolls, who like her were victims of Bison's dark powers, and so should have a second chance like Cammy herself had. As the cops are still at attention and approach Cammy armed and ready to shoot at any false move, Ken tries to ease the tension.]
Ken: Take it easy! She's no longer a danger!
Chun-Li: You don't have to worry, Cammy. We should turn her over to them for now.
[Cammy's gaze is still fixed on Decapre. She has a flashback of Decapre, as a child.]
Young Decapre: Your big sister... Will help you...
[The image of the little girl is followed by the Black Moon closing in.]
Decapre: Help... you...
[Cammy snaps out of her daze upon hearing Decapre repeating the words she was told long ago.]
Decapre: Will help you... Big sister will...
[One of the officers grows impatient and approaches Cammy, cautiously.]
Michael: What are you doing? Give the girl to us, now!
[Unwilling to hand her "sister" over to a stranger, Cammy instinctively extends her leg out to kick the policeman back. The other officer fires his weapon in reaction.]
Ken: Don't do it!
[Cammy scoops the unconscious Decapre in her arms and leaps out of harm's way; fast enough to dodge the bullet and to carry her somewhere safe. After setting Decapre down on the ground, Cammy stands up, glares at the policeman and gets in her stance to fight the officer.]
Cammy: I am...!

Scene 3
[Cammy delivers a side kick to the first officer, knocking him out. Cammy relaxes to survey the scene. Beside her, thee other one raises his gun at Cammy. Suddenly, he gets trampled by an ATV coming from an upper street at high speed. The rider lets out a shrill, noticeably female, laugh, as the vehicle skids to a halt. Cammy soon recognizes the rider.]
Cammy: What are you...!?
Chun-Li: Juri!!
Juri: Ahaha, looks like you're having fun. Get on board. You can pay me for this with that.
[Juri kicks the unconscious Decapre in the face, knocking her mask off.]
Cammy: What are you...?!
Chun-Li: Huh?!
[With the mask off, Cammy and the others can see the huge scar over half of the left side of Decapre's face.]
Juri: Ehahaha! How sweet! The love between sisters turns them both into fugitives.
[Cammy has been put in a box, and she knows it. She doesn't like the idea of having to ally with a certified maniac and leave her friends behind. But the safety of her "Sisters" is also a priority to her. Although she is sure she will kick herself over this later, she picks up Decapre and rides along with Juri. With a giggle, the madwoman speeds off.]
Chun-Li: Cammy!
Ken: Damn it!
Laura: Are you trying to follow them on foot? It's foolish to do that. The road is straight line from here. Besides...
[She turns towards the upper street, from which three more Shadaloo soldiers drop down.]
Ken: Again?! How do they keep coming?
[Chun-Li decides not to waste any more time.]
Chun-Li: I have to... I have to head to the base now. Please hold them off.
Ken: Sure! Leave it to me! Shinryuken!
[Ken quickly solves the matter, with a single Shinryuken that knocks out all three soldiers at once, giving Chun-Li enough time to run for it. From the roof of a house nearby, Vega stands watching them.]
Vega: Humph. A flower trifling in the wind is so beautiful.
[He holds out a rose and, with a sleight of hand, sends its petals scattering in the wind.]
Vega: I want to cut it down by my own hand.
