Executed by pressing Light Punch, Medium Punch, and then Light Kick, Ibuki first delivers a quick palm strike. Once the attack connects, she delivers a second palm strike with her other hand. If the second attack hits, Ibuki finishes the combination with low kick to her opponent's legs.
This is also one of Ibuki's target combo from close range. It also does slightly less damage than her other target combos. Unlike her Shinten, this target combo cannot be cancelled into any of her special moves. However, this target is fairly safe on block. Only at -2 on block, it can be difficult to punish Ibuki after the combo.
Ibuki can begin her target combo with the first two buttons of the attack; Light Punch and Medium Punch. If she recognizes that her opponent has blocked the first two attacks, she can follow up with Light Kick, rather than Heavy Punch, to push her opponent back slightly without the fear of getting punished. In this case, it's a matter of confirming into the right target combo if the opponent blocks or gets hit by Ibuki's first two attacks.
