Youhon Shiun is Yang's neutral throw, first appearing in Street Fighter III: Third Strike.
Description
Executed by pressing light punch and light kick together while close, Yang vaults and presses his palms onto the opponent's shoulders before kicking them backwards onto their back. As the opponent falls, Yang backflips off of them and lands on his feet.
